Treated with dignity
My husband had a very bad heart palpitation, since 00.30 am, we arrived to hospital at 3.00 am. He didn’t get any treatment for more than 10 hours. Basically we still waiting doctors consultation.
In emergence situations we have to wait too long, not served properly.
There seemed to be miscommunication between doctors and confusion. It seemed my father remained in the department unnecessarily long and upon discharge to his care home was returned as had been sent home without medication.
I was very pleased with the service rendered to me
Waited for 10 hours on hard chairs, had to ask staff continually for when my turn would be because there was no updates. Blood test went wrong, lost a lot of blood and almost fainted. Very poor experience.
Healthcare reforms are urgently needed! The doctors are not professional, I don’t understand why they were hired! They cannot make a diagnosis, they do not hear what the patient is telling them. It is very difficult to find a good specialist quickly. At the moment it is almost impossible to find a good doctor quickly.
