My husband had a very bad heart palpitation, since 00.30 am, we arrived to hospital at 3.00 am. He didn’t get any treatment for more than 10 hours. Basically we still waiting doctors consultation.

There seemed to be miscommunication between doctors and confusion. It seemed my father remained in the department unnecessarily long and upon discharge to his care home was returned as had been sent home without medication.

Waited for 10 hours on hard chairs, had to ask staff continually for when my turn would be because there was no updates. Blood test went wrong, lost a lot of blood and almost fainted. Very poor experience.

More updates on when I will be checked, softer waiting room chairs, nurses that are fully trained in doing blood tests.

Healthcare reforms are urgently needed! The doctors are not professional, I don’t understand why they were hired! They cannot make a diagnosis, they do not hear what the patient is telling them. It is very difficult to find a good specialist quickly. At the moment it is almost impossible to find a good doctor quickly.

Increase the number of professional doctors. It's terrible waiting for a doctor for more than 9 hours in an emergency room at a hospital!

Excellent welcome and service at reception . Polite and friendly. Welcome and kindness in opthalmology as always. Eye test and scan again Excellent service in terms of knowledge, skill, involvement of me in the process and answering questions. Dr I saw was outstanding interms of examination, explanation and planning. Listened carefully to me and it was clear that what I told her fitted in with her findings and planning. Left really confident with my experience and asked for and completed a feedback form. Thank you all.
